Us - Everyday. Week 9

This was a big week for our family!  I became an Aunt for the very first time when we welcomed our niece, Alexandra Rose into the world on Feb 24.  It was so fun to get to snuggle her on Tuesday and see the joy she brought our entire family.

Day 55:  Hanging out with Grandpa waiting for his new cousin to make her (or his, since we didn't know at the time) debut.

Day 56:  I got to snuggle my new niece, Alexandra Rose!  So cute and sweet!

Day 57:  Natalie letting the fish "kiss" her fingers at the local aquarium.  She thought it was the coolest thing to touch the fish!

Day 59:  Play-Doh fun on our play date.

Day 60:  Today we celebrated the life of a Sorority sister that lost her battle with cervical cancer.

While I didn't know her that well, she was a constant inspiration as I followed her journey.  Kelly lived her life to the fullest before and after her diagnosis.  She was a fighter and an advocate for her health as well as a positive voice for young woman.

 Day 61:  A little snow day fun...Matt teaching Natalie how to play Wii.

She was pretty good at the original bowling game and golf!
